Customize your Fortune Cookie with a special message! Messages (inserts) can be created using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or other print programs such as PrintShop. Inserts should be 1″ by 3″ in size. This is equivalent to the Avery label #5160. All inserts must be printed on standard weight paper. Colored ink and colored paper is acceptable. Be creative and add a graphic like a photo or clip art!

Please cut and count all inserts and include an additional 10 inserts clipped together separately. Giant fortune inserts should be 3″ x 4″. No additional inserts are needed. If you are unable to provide the inserts we can create one for you at a fee of $25.00. If you would like us to create your inserts please select the personalized insert option below. We print with black ink on white copy paper. Please allow five (5) business days to complete an order.
