Shipping & Returns
For reliable deliver and ease of tracking, Hawaii Candy ships all orders through FedEx 2day or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. Arrangements can be made for express methods of shipping at an addition cost. Please make this request when placing your order. APO, FPO and PO Box orders are shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS). NOTE: Shipments require a phone number for the recipient & shipping cost is per recipient, per shipping address within the U.S.
In most cases, we are able to ship international orders. Please contact us at 1-800-303-2507 for details prior to placing your order.
For FedEx shipments, Hawaii Candy will contact you with the tracking notification via email. You may then call 1-800-GoFedEx or log on to FedEx.com to track your order.
Please allow 3 - 5 business days to complete an order. We are open Monday thru Friday and closed on the weekends. This processing time does not include shipping time, which depends on the method you chose (FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Ground). Arrangements can be made for expedited shipping. Please contact Hawaii Candy prior to placing an order.
Damaged or Missing Order
If you order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact Hawaii Candy immediately and we will initiate a claim with the shipping company. After the claim has been processed we will then reship your order, with your approval. Credit for the damaged or missing order will be applied after the claim has been accepted by the shipping company.
Methods of Payment
Hawaii Candy accepts Visa or MasterCard online, over the telephone, or through fax. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not available.
